Primary tasks:

Facilitate and follow up on the communication between employees on site and external parties in Norway
-
Keep track of field teams travels within Norway
-
Provide high level administrative support
-
Prepare different reports, letters, statements and other documents
-
Documents translation
-
Manage the flow of information, correspondence, corporate documents, records, and reports
-
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons of Norwegian language to office employees
Ideal candidate should have:
-
University degree
-
Excellent knowledge of Norwegian language, both spoken and written
-
Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
-
Knowledge and experience in relevant MS office applications
-
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-
Positive attitude, eloquence and kindness
-
Ability to work under pressure
-
Independence in work and attention to details
