We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Aladdin Client Transformation Internship program. You will need to be prepared to learn all aspects of the alternative assets industry (private equity, real estate etc) as well as client consulting skills. Main Function:
- You will be a member of our Aladdin Client Transformation Internship program. After completion of Company orientation and training, you will be responsible for a specific task withing the project such as the Cash Reconciliation Business Process Review (BPR), or Fund Trading configuration. This role will have the following major duties and responsibilities:
- Key contribution to Ops project plan as it relates to specific task
- Point of contact for client and provider for Ops Delivery as it relates to specific task
- Review client questionnaire and current state
- Review BPR on signed off workflows in scope
- Prepare and present template walkthrough with client and provider
- Respond and support client and provider population of data
- Configure data within Aladdin
- Create extract from Aladdin for client and provider to validate data input
- Support sign off of completed template, data load and validation
- Ensure configuration required to support testing is completed
- Provide support to client and provider in test execution
- Own any issues raised and defects assigned to BRS to resolve
- Participate in weekly config calls
- Participate in regular testing calls
- Participate in pilot/parallel/go-live calls
Must have:
- A recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences, Economics, or related industry background
- Professional proficiency in written/spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and soft skills
- A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges and innovative approaches
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good time management and an ability to multi-task/balance parallel work streams
- Keen interest or background in Financial Services
